Workplace Giving
Workplace giving is a means by which employees donate to charitable organizations of their choice, primarily through payroll pledges. Donations through payroll pledges enable Sightline to spend less time fundraising and more time working toward our mission—creating a global model of sustainability in Cascadia through strong communities, a green economy, and a healthy environment.
How to Give at Your Workplace:
- Corporate workplaces: Many companies, such as Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, and more, offer a payroll deduction to give a one-time or recurring gift each pay period. Often, these companies will have a matching program that stretch your support and make an even greater impact. To find out if your workplace has a matching gift program, contact your workplace’s charitable giving contact or check online and support our work with ease.
- Government workplaces: If you work for one of the many government agencies in Cascadia, you may find Sightline listed in the campaign catalog. Once you have found us, write our code number on your payroll pledge form. If your agency has no catalog, ask your campaign coordinator how you may designate your gift to Sightline.
