This month’s photopool winner comes from Sightline staffer Christine Winckler, who recently spotted bike sharing all the way out in Minneapolis:

It’s no surprise, really. We’ve argued before that Minneapolis is the Portland  of the midwest, in terms of biking. We chose the photo because of it’s relevance to our recent post on bike sharing in the Northwest and beyond—a smart idea that could be thwarted by mandatory helmet laws.
