If you’re like us here at Sightline, then you’re invested in the big picture: a sustainable Northwest, with strong communities, a green economy, and a healthy environment. Certainly a vision worth striving for!

Sightline staff come to work every day (well, most days) with nuggets of ideas and bits of information that we want to share with all of you. Sometimes the ideas start out small, and sometimes they’re pretty significant. But no matter what, we’re always working with that big picture in mind, helping to plant the seeds of progress that will serve to bring about a healthy, lasting prosperity for our future.

Speaking of something BIG . . .

On June 23, The Seattle Foundation is hosting the region’s first-ever GiveBIG event; a one-day, community-wide, online fundraising challenge, looking to raise thousands of dollars for local nonprofits—including Sightline!

Even better: every donation made on the Sightline profile page at The Seattle Foundation’s online Giving Center on June 23 will be stretched, thanks to proportional matching support from The Foundation and local business sponsors.

So mark your calendars and look for a GiveBIG email and Facebook reminder or two from us in the next week; even a small token of your support on the 23rd can add up to a big payoff for our work.

Wait – what’s the deal, again?

  • GiveBig is an ALL DAY, ONE DAY event (Thursday, June 23)
  • Make a donation to Sightline Institute on June 23 – any time from 7am to midnight

Still curious? You can learn more about GiveBIG online at www.seattlefoundation.org/GiveBIG.

Thank you. We appreciate your support and belief in our work.
