Too negative for me. I agree with CNU on almost every point, but I think with a little zoning reform and creative trails even cul-de-sac developments could be transformed into walkable communities. For example, see Transforming Suburbia into Superbia! (which doesn’t even go into transit or zoning). As for new developments… well, I think they should be more Vauban than Seaside, but I’ll settle for anything walkable.
