The Vancouver Sun (subscription required) has this:
“Saturday [September 18] was the rainiest day at Vancouver airport since Environment Canada began keeping records more than 60 years ago.”
As always, no individual weather event can ever be attributed to climate change as a certainty. But it makes you think, when the rainiest day on record comes in what is still officially summer.
