Return, Credit, and Refund Policy

Books must arrive at Sightline Institute in saleable condition to qualify for credit or refund. You may wish to purchase insurance in order to assure that all returned books arrive in saleable condition.

We do not issue credit for books returned to us in non-saleable condition. Books that have been marked in any way, including stickers, will be considered non-saleable and will not be eligible for credit or refund.

Sightline Institute does not pay any shipping expenses for returned books.

Sightline Institute will credit your account for books returned in saleable condition. This credit may be applied towards future purchases up to 18 months from the date of issue. The credit issued will be equal to the purchase price of the book being returned less the restocking fee. Sightline Institute will not issue refunds unless we receive a written request to do so.
