Alternately, you can print and use this form to mail your credit card number to the address above, or call Stacey at (206) 447-1880, ext. 107, who will gladly process your gift over the phone. Please be prepared with your credit card number and billing information when you call. We accept VISA or MasterCard for gifts over the phone or by mail.

Automatic monthly donations

One of the very best ways to give is to join our Friends of Sightline giving program by setting up an automatic deduction through your checking account or credit card. You set the amount ($10 minimum) and the frequency of deduction (monthly is most common--and preferred). You can cancel at any time.

Print out this form and mail it in, or contact Stacey (206) 447-1880, ext. 107, or stacey@sightline.org, to set up your own customized plan. All we need is a credit card number or a voided check to get you started.

Matching gifts

Whether you donate by check, credit card, or stock transfer, your employer may offer matching gifts. Many employers will match 100 percent of your contribution, effectively doubling your gift to Sightline. In order to take advantage of gift matching, check with your employer to see if they have a program. If they do, fill out the necessary paperwork and send it to us when you make your gift.

Donate stock

Tribute gifts

Gifts that honor, memorialize, or recognize a loved one are a special way of contributing to Sightline. Tribute gifts given on the occasion of anniversaries, birthdays, weddings, and special holidays are especially appropriate. We recognize the honorees of tribute gifts whenever we acknowledge our donors, and would be happy to send a special card to anyone you specify to inform them of your gift.

Weddings: Sometimes couples planning their weddings like to have guests make donations to charitable organizations in lieu of gifts. If you’re getting married and would like donations made to Sightline in your honor, we’d be happy to work with you. Everyone can make a difference and promote a positive future through charitable gifts in estate plans, and it's an easy process to complete.
